From 17 - 30 March 2008, industry and the public were invited to provide written submissions to the Panel of Experts to assist in the development of the NBN Request for Proposals documentation on the basis that they may be published.

A complete list of the submissions made to the government on the National Broadband National can be found here. Many of the public submissions are personal gripes about not being able to get ADSL. Some of the industry submissions are excellent.
