Alan Kohler of Business Spectator recently interviewed Kate McKenzie, Telstra's wholesale boss, where she said the telco is not at war with its (wholesale) customers. Speaking predominately on the National Broadband Network, McKenzie hints at a contingency plan if it doesn't secure the right to the federal government's $4.7b investment.
