In another announcement by an incumbant operator, Taiwan's Chunghwa Telecom (CHT - http://www.cht.com.tw/CHTFinalE/Web) seeks to achieve 3.27 million FTTH users by 2013.
CHT who currently has 810,000 FTTH/B subscribers is seeking to grow this to one million by the end of 2008. They charge just A$39 per month for a 100Mbps broadband service.
