According to Suzanne Tindal of ZDnet Acacia, the secretive group of Victorian businessmen who popped up with their $5 million dollar bond eariler this year, is very much a national bidder for the NBN. According to her article Acacia has been talking to "all the right people" such as network hardware suppliers, according to sources, but its modus operandi has been extremely secretive, with tight non-disclosure agreements in place.
